Purpose of the Council

Purpose of Toseland Parish Council

Toseland Parish Council exists to make life better for the people of Toseland, working with Huntingdonshire District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council to ensure Toseland is an attractive, safe and thriving place to live. A parish council is a local authority that makes decisions on behalf of the people in the parish. It is the level of local government closest to the community, elected by parish residents.

As the authority closest to the people, the parish council is invariably the first port of call for ideas or concerns and we are here to help. If you want to contact Toseland Parish Council, call Pat Dillon, our Clerk on 01480 880351 or email clerk@toseland-pc.org.uk
